My vineyard, my very own, is before me; you, O Solomon, may have the thousand, and the keepers of the fruit two hundred. - Song of Solomon 8:12
Paul's warning against Idleness to the Thessalonica church
Keep away from any brother who is walking in idleness and not in accord with the tradition that you received from us. If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat. When Paul, Silas, and Timothy visited the church of the Thessalonians, they did not eat anyone's bread without paying for it, but they earned it with toil and labor day and night. If anyone does not obey, have nothing to do with them so they may be ashamed. Do not regard him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother.
Work quietly and earn your own living.
(2 Thessalonians 3:6-15)
